Jack was the brother I always wanted but never had. He was the kind of person that loved taking care of people but never wanted anything in return. I used to joke with him saying he must have been my father in a past life! He was my boss but more then that he was my friend for over 15 years. My children called him Uncle Jack and loved him like he really was their uncle. He spoiled them like crazy, he spoiled every one like crazy. He loved his wife and children with every thing he had. He was an incredible father, husband, brother, uncle and friend.
Jack's neck started to swell and he wouldn't go to see a doctor. I fought like crazy with him to go but he down right refused. His wife was out in Wyoming living there temporarily so I bought her a plane ticket and brought her back to get him to the doctor. They did blood work and diagnosed him with Cronic lymphatic leukemia. He went through years of chemo and radiation and I watched a 225 lb. man slowly melt down to 140 lbs. He worked every day of his sickness untill 2 days before he died. We had to carry him out of the business. He fought it with everything he had and I admire him so much for that.
I used to have so much fun with this nutty man and I still miss him every single day.
